Återbetalningspolicy
Shipping within Sweden takes 2–5 business days, depending on the current workload at the print shop.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you received the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your package is not collected in time, you will be charged 195 SEK to cover our handling costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.
